Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my package?
Simply enter your tracking number in the search box on our homepage. We support tracking for FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and many other major carriers. Our system automatically detects the carrier and retrieves the latest tracking information for your shipment.
What carriers do you support?
We support all major shipping carriers including:
• FedEx (Express, Ground, Home Delivery, SmartPost)
• UPS (Ground, Air, SurePost, Worldwide)
• USPS (Priority Mail, First Class, Express)
• DHL (Express, eCommerce, Global Mail)
• Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, LaserShip, and more
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
If your tracking number isn't working, please check the following:
• Ensure you've entered the complete tracking number without spaces
• Double-check for typos or missing characters
• Wait 24 hours after receiving the tracking number, as it may take time for the carrier to update their system
• Contact the sender to verify the tracking number
How often is tracking information updated?
Tracking information is pulled directly from the carrier's system in real-time. Updates appear as soon as the carrier scans your package at various checkpoints. Most carriers update tracking every few hours, though some may have longer intervals between scans.
Is Alllinkcouriers.shop free to use?
Yes! Our basic tracking service is completely free. Simply enter your tracking number and get instant access to your shipment's status and delivery information.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to track packages. However, creating an account allows you to save tracking numbers, receive notifications, and access additional features for managing multiple shipments.
Can I track international shipments?
Yes, we support tracking for international shipments from all major carriers. International tracking may have less frequent updates depending on the carrier and destination country.
Common Tracking Issues
Tracking Shows "Label Created" Only
This means the sender has created a shipping label but the carrier hasn't received the package yet. The tracking will update once the carrier scans the package at their facility. This typically happens within 24-48 hours of label creation.
Package Hasn't Moved in Days
Packages may appear stuck for several reasons including weather delays, customs processing for international shipments, or missed scans at sorting facilities. If your package hasn't updated in 5-7 business days, contact the carrier directly for investigation.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
• Check around your property, including porches, garages, and with neighbors
• Verify the delivery address on the tracking details
• Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation details
• Reach out to the sender to file a claim if the package cannot be located
Out for Delivery but Never Arrived
Sometimes packages marked "out for delivery" may not arrive the same day due to high volume, route changes, or delivery cut-off times. Wait until the end of the next business day before contacting the carrier.
Understanding Tracking Statuses
Pre-Transit: Shipping label created, package not yet received by carrier
In Transit: Package is moving through the carrier's network
Out for Delivery: Package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today
Delivered: Package has been delivered to the destination address
Exception: Delay or issue requiring attention (weather, address problem, etc.)
Return to Sender: Package could not be delivered and is being returned
Available for Pickup: Package is at a carrier facility awaiting pickup
